About Essentia
Essentia is a 110-acre intergenerational community coming soon to Boiling Springs, SC. We offer a variety of multifamily and senior living options, featuring resort-style amenities and a 7-acre solar farm. Our community is anchored by Libertas Academy, a tuition-free public charter school. We strive to create a vibrant and inclusive community that fosters connections between people of all ages and backgrounds.
